Real Estate License Renewals - Grace Period

The standard renewal period closed on December 31, 2025. 

Licenses not renewed by the deadline are now inactive but may still be renewed during the grace period, which runs from January 1 through March 1, 2026. 

During the grace period:

• Licensees may log in to their online account to complete renewal

• A $75 late fee is required in addition to the standard renewal fee

• Inactive licenses may not conduct real estate activity

Licenses that are not renewed by March 1, 2026, will expire and will require reapplication.
