New CE Requirement: Valuation Bias and Fair Housing Laws and Regulations Course

Effective January 1, 2026, a 7-hour Valuation Bias & Fair Housing Laws and Regulations course is required as part of your continuing education (CE). 

This course must be completed by December 31, 2027.
