File a Verified Complaint
The Wyoming Real Estate Commission and The Wyoming Certified Real Estate Appraiser Board
have statutory authority to investigate license law violations against licensees, permittees, and registrants.
This authority is granted by:
W.S. 33-28-101 et seq.
W.S. 33-39-101 et seq.
If you believe a real estate licensee, real estate company, certified real estate appraiser permittee, or appraisal management company are in violation of licensing law, you may submit a formal, verified complaint.

Verified complaints must be in writing. Please use the Commission's Verified Complaint Form.
Verified complaints must be signed and notarized. The Commission cannot accept anonymous or unsigned complaints.
Upon completion of the Commission's Verified Complaint Form, you can send your materials to: realestatecommission@wyo.gov. You can also mail the materials to our office: 2617 E Lincolnway, Suite H, Cheyenne, WY 82002.
