The mission of the Real Estate Commission and the Certified Real Estate Appraiser Board is to assist and protect consumers of real estate services and foster economic growth in Wyoming. The Commission and Board endeavor to support the availability of capable and honest real estate service providers through educational programs, licensing protocols, and the enforcement of governing statutes.
The Commission and Board are fully funded by licensee fees and do not receive general fund appropriations.
To excel in serving and valuing the people as a guardian of the public by:
Providing outstanding proactive, responsive, accessible, and timely customer service to the general public, licensees, certified appraisers, and Appraisal Management Company (AMC) registrants;
Being the premier, go to organization regionally for all licensed real estate agents, certified appraisers, and the public, and nationally for all agencies, for all real estate related matters;
Striving to continually improve our efficiency in licensing real estate agents, certified appraisers, AMC's and education providers.
