Manage Your Real Estate License
In an effort to enhance service and streamline licensing processes, the Wyoming Real Estate Commission provides Wyoming real estate licensees with online renewals and the ability to look up your contact information, license information, and continuing education credits anytime.
Follow the steps below to manage your real estate license.
Do NOT create an account if you are not currently licensed in Wyoming (active or inactive)
Upon creating an account, use an email address that you will always have access to.
The email address you use to create your account is and will remain your username.
REAL ESTATE LICENSE RENEWALS
Real estate license renewals are now in the grace period. If you did not renew your real estate license before January 1, 2025, a $75.00 late fee has been added to your renewal.
Additionally, if your license was active but not renewed prior to January 1, 2025, it is now inactive.
Company and branch office renewals are only accessible via the Responsible Broker's online account.

Salesperson (active and inactive): $370
Associate Broker (active and inactive): $370

What are the continuing education (CE) requirements?
Salesperson and Associate Broker licensees must complete forty-five (45) total CE hours.
Responsible Broker licensees must complete fifty-three (53) total CE hours.

Inactive licensees do not need to complete CE in order to renew.
New licenses issued in 2024 do not need to complete CE in order to renew.
Can I renew if I do not have enough continuing education (CE) hours?
Yes, you may complete your renewal prior to completing the required CE hours. However, your renewed license will not be issued until staff can verify that the required CE hours have been fulfilled.
Where can I access my company and/or branch office license renewal?
Company and branch office license renewals may only be accessed via the Responsible Broker's online account.
I obtained my initial license this year (2024), do I need to renew?
Yes, all initial licenses expire on December 31 of the year in which issued.
No continuing education hours are required.
I do not see the option to renew my license?
