New CE Requirement: Valuation Bias and Fair Housing Laws and Regulations Course

Starting January 1, 2026, a 7-hour Valuation Bias & Fair Housing course will be required as part of your continuing education (CE). You must complete this course by December 31, 2027. 

If you are considering upgrading your credential in the future, you may wish to take the 8-hour QE version, which includes the 1-hour exam. This can help avoid repeating coursework later.
