Real Estate License Renewals

2026 real estate license renewals are now open. Renewals must be completed by December 31, 2026. 

Please take a few minutes now to log in to your account and confirm two things: 

1. You can successfully access your account (reset your password if needed).

2. Your continuing education hours are showing correctly. Approved courses completed between January 1, 2024, and December 31, 2026 count toward your requirements.
