The mission of the Real Estate Commission and the Certified Real Estate Appraiser Board is to assist and protect consumers of real estate services and foster economic growth in Wyoming. The Commission and Board endeavor to support the availability of capable and honest real estate service providers through educational programs, licensing protocols, and the enforcement of governing statute. 

Neither the Commission nor the Board receives general fund appropriations but must operate solely on fees collected from licensees.

Required Courses for continuing education in 2019. 
All proposals must be received by July 1, 2018.
