The mission of the Real Estate Commission and the Certified Real Estate Appraiser Board is to assist and protect consumers of real estate services and foster economic growth in Wyoming. The Commission and Board endeavor to support the availability of capable and honest real estate service providers through educational programs, licensing protocols, and the enforcement of governing statute. 

Neither the Commission nor the Board receives general fund appropriations but must operate solely on fees collected from licensees.

Notice is hereby given, per W.S. 16-3-101, that the Wyoming Certified Real Estate Appraiser Board intends to amend Chapter 1 of the administrative rules for Wyoming Certified General Appraisers, Certified Residential Appraisers, Certified Appraiser Trainees, and registered Appraisal Management Companies.  The rule revisions are hyperlinked below.  

The public comment period shall be from May 21, 2019 through July 5, 2019. Interested persons may submit written comments to the Wyoming Certified Real Estate Appraiser Board at: 2617 E. Lincolnway, Suite H, Cheyenne, Wyoming 82002-0180 or via email at . A public hearing shall be scheduled on the rules if requested, 
pursuant to W.S. 16-3-103(a)(ii).
