AGENCY GENERAL INFORMATION

The mission of the Real Estate Commission and the Certified Real Estate Appraiser Board is to assist and protect consumers of real estate services and foster economic growth in Wyoming. The Commission and Board endeavor to support the availability of capable and honest real estate service providers through educational programs, licensing protocols, and the enforcement of governing statute. 

Neither the Commission nor the Board receives general fund appropriations but must operate solely on fees collected from licensees.

REAL ESTATE EMERGENCY RULES - 2020

On March 30, 2020, Governor Gordon signed emergency rules into effect 
for real estate licensees and educators. These emergency rules will be in effect through July 28, 2020.






REAL ESTATE EXAMINATIONS - 2020

Testing centers are currently closed and 
openings of testing centers are yet to be determined as "shelter in place" orders all over the country are extended.
